We bought a house and the irrigation system was installed by them. When I called multiple times for an intervention they never answer or call me back to acknowledge my phone calls. Suddenly, one day, the technician showed up unexpectedly. Thank goodness I haven’t been served by another technician from another company, otherwise I would have been charged twice!
