Terry was very knowledgable about every aspect of home construction, home maintenance and home repair. He was upfront and honest. His report was presented to us via e-mail the same day in a very professional and easy to follow format. Terry takes pictures of any repairs that he recommends and they are added to the report, enabling naive home owners to visualize the exact feature that needs fixed.
