TK inspected the house I sold and the house I purchased. They did a thorough job on both homes. I was at the inspection of my purchased home and the tech explained everything as he was doing it, and also showed me different features that I didn't even know the house had. I highly recommend their services.

Great service - very knowledgable and just all around great to work with, answered all of our questions and walked us through all of the specific upkeep that we will need to do with the house. They even brought us snacks and cold drinks. I highly recommend them!
