TK Home Inspection came out to our first home we are purchasing and checked everything very thoroughly. They were honest and very professional. My husband and I are very pleased with the service provided today. The report was detailed and very visual. As first time home buyers we are more knowledgeable about the home we are buying thanks to TK and Jeff! Thank you times a million! I would recommend 100%! Our daughter loved the box of treats too!

Terry and Jeff came out yesterday and inspected the house I am purchasing. They were great! This is my first house, and they made the process quick, thorough, and painless. They are great at what they do and are extremely professional. They broke down every bit of the inspection and went over it verbally with me before they left. I even had the report sent to my email before the end of the night. If you are looking for a great company that can do it all, TK Home Inspection is the company to call.

We just got an Inspection on 10/05/2019, done by Bob, and he did a fantastic job! It took about 2.5 hours and was very thorough. Afterwards he went through his whole report with us, explaining what he found that would need fixed, maintained and as we're young, explained how some things would need maintained and how some things we could call someone to service others. Also, when scheduling, the lady on the phone was very helpful and even called back after our inspection to make sure they did okay. TK gave us a treat box and h... read more

Terry did our home inspection for the house we are under contract for right now! He did an amazing job ! Start to finish showing us in person even the smallest of concerns ! I'm a licensed Real Estate Agent and several of my own buyers have used TK with 100% satisfaction ! They almost always have the full report sent to you the same day! They are a great locally owned company and I would highly recommend them to anyone !
