Very thorough, thoughtful and professional. It was super hot the day of our inspection and the inspector brought a cooler with ice cold water and snacks, along with some other goodies. Such a pleasant surprise during a stressful time. Robert checked every nook and cranny, took photos and went over our report with us. He was also very knowledgeable in any questions we had for him. Thank you, Robert!
