It's a crime that this company still operates! One star is one star too many!
This company has been unable to fix our 3 elevators for the past 4 weeks. I will ask the management today why we keep this TK crap return to the building every day and leave without fixing any of the 3 elevators. Incompetence and/or scam company.
Don't rate this company with stars. Rate them with toilets because they're full of it. Hands down the worst company period, elevator or whatever. Borderline criminal what these guys get away with. Forget borderline, they are. Stay clear, nothing but trouble. I'm a HOA board member and there isn't enough time to detail the daily nightmares dealing with this garbage company.
