TK Construction talks a great Sales pitch, BUT, You better watch every step of the construction and REMEMBER your 1 year warranty doies not cover Hidden Sub Standard Work!!!! We started off very happy with TK. However after we took possession of our home our repairs never got completed. We moved in in January and there is still construction material that needs picked up, our bathroom still needs repaired, and my dryer vent was not fixed by TK. We have called everyone that we were told to call and no one will get back with us. I thought they were great to work with in the beginning, I am disappointed that they are ignoring our calls now that we are asking them to fix their mistakes.
From the very beginning there were red flags but we kept giving people the benefit of the doubt. Here comes the part where I tell you how they took a lot of money unnecessarily. There was a house buried right where our front porch was supposed to be. We were there when they hit it. I told my husband to tell one of the excavators to stop until we could figure this out.
