BS ALERT: Been a Long time Customer...Ordered a Tire from them with Plenty of Delivery Time. Double Checked. Come day of Need, Tire's not here...Not gonna be here for another 4 days...WTF? Offer me some other tire at a higher price, Bull Shit. Ask em to meet me in the middle since they didn't deliver...Blah Blah Blah..Bullshit.
I just have to say that Brian Johnson (sales) and Paul Stanfill (service) have been awesome to work with. I bought a 1290 Super Adventure last summer and have been enjoying the bike, as well as the service support. Brian's approach was low pressure and customer oriented. I've added a few farkles and needed some normal service as well as warranty work done. Paul is really good at keeping his cool no matter the issues and finding the right solution. KTM is really expanding it's product line and innovation.

These guys have been excellent to work with. We bought a used SXS and as expected for a used bike... there have been a few "kinks" to work out. These guys have been great about making sure any issues that popped up have been fairly resolved. These guys don't just make the sell and then run away and hide. They are committed to getting keeping customers coming back and they are great about with ongoing support/maintenance.
I bought a 04 CRF250R that shreds! TJ's set this bike up for me I love it! Go here for great people deals and appareal the KTM -XC-W awesome deal cheers!
