sales process was great... very helpful and fair. They even got my new bike home for me. the true test will be when I take my bike in for service. So many dealers have great sales and then fall completely flat on service. When I went to pick up my plate today, one of the service team hooked me up with a couple license plate reflector bolts which was really nice of him.
