Terry and his work crew did a superb job with providing me a new roof. While I found the price of the job very fair and somewhat comparable to other estimates, TJ & Son's offered me two (2) additional items no other company did: 1) they offered to add two (2) additional vents in my attic ceiling for proper ventilation, and 2) they offered me a 10 year warranty, vs. five (5) years offered by other companies.
