From opening front door til closing front door felt like home Could offer classes in customer services to other places of businesses.
Thin, blonde girl at counter was very helpful with paying my bill. Gal that cleaned my teeth was super! She was a brunette, tall and thin. Sorry I don't remember their names.

I was very pleased with all of the staff. They were friendly and considerate of my fear of going to the dentist.
I was so nervous even to crying on my first appt with the dr but on this second appt to fill a tooth and see how I would do I was so comfortable. From the bright smile and sweet spirit of the receptionist to the assistant and the dr everyone was so encouraging and positive, constantly checking that I was okay. Also making very sure that I had no pain. I am definitely immpressed with them. Dr Loehr has a wonderful "bedside" manner. I definitely recommend them.

Friendly and professional people. One minor issue, needle for numbing hit near a nerve and sent zinging, electric shock sensations in my mouth. Everything else went very well.
