I ordered a diamond online from them and dealt with Vincent. He charged my card and then when I was suppose to have the diamond he gave me every excuse on how fedex wouldn't insure to Michigan and flat out lied about 4 different things
Not thrustworthy! – Everyone interested in doing business with Tivoli should check their reviews on Yelp first. I had earings from them which broke of because of the poor quality and they tried to charge me for the repair. But worst of all, my boyfriend bought platinum setting from them and had to reset a stone from different setting. While removing stone from my setting the jeweler broke 2 prongs and 2 diamonds went missing from pave setting. I was furious and sent him back to get it repaired. Liked it – I like shopping but I don;t like expensive stuff. Best selection total beauty but expensive.
One Stop Shop! – I've lived in Williamsburg for a very long time, and Tivoli jewelers has always been my go-to place! If I need a Pandora charm as a gift, I know they have it. If I need a nice watch, I know they have it. I also know, if they don't have it they will get it! The staff is very knowledgeable, and can help me with anything I need. I am so happy Tivoli jewelers is around, and I cannot wait to stop in again!

Pandora Shangrila! – If there are any Pandora collectors out there then you know it’s tough to find the beads you’re looking for. Tivoli is a Gold Dealer so they have the entire collection in stock. It looks like you would pay more because of the fancy décor but the beads sell for the same price everywhere you go. It’s worth the time it takes looking for a parking spot.
