Friendly and helpful lobby staff. The nurse and doctor were very thorough and took extra steps to ensure my issue was resesolved . They made sure that I didn't have any questions before I left. Verbally and written information provided.
We was very pleased with the appointments that we had on yesterday with my Kids J’La ,JeTia and Alphonso lll and the staff was very nice and helpful on yesterday. And I was very pleased and would send people your way. And once again I was very happy
We waited over 30 minutes with no update or assistance. When we finally went to ask at reception, they casually told us they do have someone available, but we’d need to wait another 20 minutes. Completely unacceptable. There was no communication, no sense of urgency, and zero customer care. Definitely not coming back.
