RecommendedWatch out for financing slipping in contracts and down right lying about it. I had to go back in to cancel $4200 in service contracts. Horrible experience.
RecommendedHad a great and safe experience at Titus Will Toyota trading my older vehicle and purchasing a new one. The salesman was great at explaining things and answering all questions in a very low to no pressure way. He explained all the features on our new vehicle and we were on our way! Because I have been going there for service the past 6 years I knew the service department was top notch. I now know that with salesman like Ventura Diaz the sales crew is awesome also!

RecommendedWow, I was impressed today. I have a fractured ankle and needed to get my 4runner serviced. Not only did they let me drop it off as close to the service doors as possible, they brought it back to the same spot for me to get into it. I appreciate not having to walk too far in my current condition. This was such a great gesture they did for me! Thank you guy for being awesome! I appreciate you!

RecommendedDropped off the used car I bought from Titus Will 3 months ago for complete battery failure. They covered the cost of the the battery replacement and almost all of the service costs. I never even thought that buying a low mileage car that this would this happen to me. I expected them to stand behind fixing it as i had only owned it 3 months. This was also my first time buy a Hybrid and i can say i will pay this off as soon as possible and sell it as im not impressed. I should have stayed with a gas only engine. I love my Seq... read more
