My husband and I very clearly said Do not run a credit check until we know the price for the vehicle. We were told that they would not and understood they did not have our permission. Less then 4 minutes later we get an alert on our phone that they were doing this!!!! We left as if they start off this Shady and disrespectful they can not be trusted. Yes. both the sales agent and Finance man were aware of our wishes. They lost an easy sale due to this.

Everything. The sevice dept. is amazing. They have saved me thousands with their great recommendations. Never try to sell you services just because the service schedules say it is due. They check the items scheduled for service to see if they are really needed. The have helped me save $2200 on defective headlights even though I bought the car from them with 82000 miles on it and the headlights did not fail until I had over 100000 miles on it. My daughter bought a used 2018 Rav 4 and we worked with Derek. This was by far the smoothest car deal ive ever brokered and Derek made the process wonderful. Derek even assisted her with a 2nd key by the next day and offered to install her plates for her when they came in. Sooooo trusting of Titus Wills. This dealership WILL NOT sell you anything you don’t need. Took our 2010 RAV 4 in for what we thought was a transmission issue and were told they couldn’t find anything so we did a platinum service. BTW we have 186,000 miles and have only done a transmission service 1x and consistent oil changes. True trust
