i got gel x for my manicure and gel for my pedicure. the service was really nice and calming. everyone at tiptop is very friendly! i will be coming back thank u tiptop💘
I. Came for a refill and the receptionist made a mistake and the lady who was doing my nails take all my nail set She was confused and take all my acrylic nails of and I was in pain because I was a new nail set They don’t honor their own mistake and charge for a brand new set even though they got confused Not even apologized for the mistakes
I paid $30 for this mess. I told her several times to clean up the nail edges and that I just wanted the basics—no massage, no flower art... just a decent pedicure. She did whatever she wanted and was super angry.😡
(Update) Fast forward 3 years later after being out of state, had to reduce one star. The pedicure itself with Amy was good BUT the added acrylic work was disappointing. I asked for very square nails and she tried but did not meet my standards. I suggest sticking to pedicure and dont expect anything fancy First time customer and I'm in love with my nails! Lucas kept the integrity of my original nails for my fill and did a beautiful job on the design. He went out of his way to match the base powder I had( from another shop). ... read more
