If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is absolutely unprofessional, both from a realtor's and a client's perspective. I witnessed one of the most shocking displays of poor customer service—a "man" telling a pregnant woman, "I don’t care about your transaction. The door is there; you can leave." Elle is incompetent and I agree with the other customer. She is lazy, not friendly and makes you do her work. My mom closed on a Lot in Florida. She was late in providing the closing documents which made me have to print out the documents. She emailed the documents on Wednesday and the Closing was on Friday. Needless to say we were in a panic to get them from Pennsylvania to Florida. The Closing happened on a Friday. Elle emailed to say that the check would be sent out on Monday. I emailed her and called her because five day... read more

BEWARE BUYERS PLEASE!!! Elle is worse person on the planet I ever had to dealt with. She is absolutely unprofessional, lazy and inconsiderate woman. Why do you even work if you can’t do your job right??? All she knows how to throw attitude and be rude with clients. She’d never reply to your emails or calls. Elle and others too….will take absolute no responsibility for anything.
