Although small, our strata scheme has been particularly challenging at times. The assistance of Aldo Scatena and Veronica Koprivnjak, our previous Strata Manager, has been invaluable. Staff have always been polite, helpful and ready to assist with issues, for which I'm grateful.
Our building manager deserves immense appreciation for their exceptional support and dedication during a recent emergency. Danti responded promptly, even late at night, and resolved the issue efficiently. Danti’s professionalism, genuine concern, and willingness to go the extra mile highlight his commitment to resident satisfaction. We are fortunate to have such an outstanding individual overseeing our building's management, and I highly recommend Danti Zaradosh for their remarkable assistance.
