I wanted to share my experience with Patty Neri from this company. Several years ago they represented me for property I was selling. The buyer backed out and the sale never closed as it was right after Hurricane Ian. Fast forward to now, a buyer out of the blue contacted me with cash offer but had his own title company. The day before closing I was contacted about a glitch on our end on the legal name on which the deed was recorded and the new tittle company underwriter would not allow the transaction to close.
