We absolutely love this club. Amazing workouts that are done at your own intensity, family friendly and staff is AMAZING!

I absolutely love coming here. It helps me relax and destress after long days of classes. I'm not the most athletically inclined but they are super open to people of all athletic abilities and even to people who are new to boxing. The instructors push you but not over your limit. They even wander around during the rounds to help you if you're struggling, even if there's a full class. Also Jessica is the best employee!

Just went for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The instructor was encouraging, quick to point out ways for people to improve and energetic. I like the intensity of the class, but the ability to modify if need be. I will definitely go back for another class!
Joining Title has, hands down, been the best decision I've made this year. I get a harder workout than I did while I was a high school and a college athlete! The second you walk in the door, you already feel like you belong there. The instructors, and the rest of the staff, are always so positive and willing to help! Everyone goes at their own pace, and if you can't do something due to an injury, they provide other options for you so you can still get a good workout in.
