So glad to be back in the gym and working out with your trainers. Loving the 4:30 classes with Csaba and your Sunday 75 minute kick butt class. The energy, music and tough workout keep me coming back.
I signed up for a two month membership because I was in Columbus for the summer and wanted to try a new kind of workout. The workouts were tough and fun, and I really enjoyed them. And I left with that favorable impression, but now my impression has completely flipped. In what I thought was accordance with the 30-day cancellation policy, I called on July 15 to cancel my membership, and the front desk told me that I was all set, that my membership cancellation would be processed, and that was all I needed to do.
