So happy to be back after missing three months due to achilles tendon surgery. I've missed my Title family and am so glad to be back hitting things! LOL!
I have tried multiple gyms and various workouts in my lifetime and NOTHING comes close to this place! The atmosphere is so motivating...the trainers are all so friendly and willing to help you with everything..they push you to be better and help you believe in yourself!! I look forward to each and every session and leave feeling like a BEAST every time !! Highly recommend Title Boxing to anyone who is interested in a high energy,calorie burning,muscle intensifying workout. It will sharpen your speed, power and agility!!
Best workout EVER!!! I've never been much into working out. This place just does it for me!!! Going on my fourth week. I actually enjoy going. I've been going three times a week, but did 4 this week because I went out drinking a couple nights this week. I'm doing Nutrisystem and I've lost 57 pounds and 16.5 inches (before joining TBC). Can't wait to measure next Saturday, to see how many inches I've lost in my first month at TBC!!! Instructors are GREAT!!!
