A few years ago I came here and it was different. I’m sorry to say that it has changed for the worse. The spot is not as clean as it was, the wine selection is no longer operable and the remaining bottles are dust collectors. The staff are friendly and inviting and the spa aspect of the service is fine but the pedicure skills are lacking.
Pedicure was good. I asked for a manicure same time, wanted my hands soaked and all cuticles cleaned and cut cuticle skin nice and neat. Got no soaking for my cuticles, only a small bit of lotion applied after the cuticle clean up. The nail polish on my nails was THICK, and the clear coat even thicker! Bubbles showed up after I left. This was on Friday. I have now removed my nail polish because it looks horrible! But on a good note, my pedicure still looks great.
I went 3 weeks ago and got my toes done by Vikki and she did an amazing job! They still look good after 3 weeks! Got all the rough spots of of my feet and was very gentle. Very sweet woman. I will be going back and asking for her to do them again!
Best pedicure ever! Vincent was so gentle. He knew how to not tickle me. 😂. I will be back; for sure! Was so relaxing!
