I’ve had my hair done by Braids by Titi on more than one occasion. She and her braiders are always very courteous, polite & professional. I LOVE her new shop! I had my hair done today by Lola—very nice young lady, and as always I walked away extremely satisfied! I will return again when I need a refresh for the New Year. Thank you!

BEWARE. Highly unprofessional. She will take your money and leave your entire hair unfinished then try to get you to pay more money to finish it. I booked an appointment, SHE cancelled my initial appointment and kept all my money, and she stalled rescheduling my appointment for over a month even though I paid up front. Came time my appointment that she finally let me reschedule 4 weeks later after having to contact her over a dozen times, she installed synthetic hair in my head when I paid for 100% human, left my hair 1/3 fi... read more

Titi killed the game with my two strand retwist and I will for sure be back. Titi is super kind, works super quickly, and anticipated my needs and preferences. I loved the time I spent in Titi's presence and she has great energy. I had hella growth since my last retwist and she incorporated my new growth so well. Cheers, Titi!

Always do a great job on my hair. I found her online about a year ago and she has been doing my hair since. She is quick and the styles are very neat! I have never been disappointed with my hair and will continue to go back.
