Had a listing with titan title july 2023.The prooerty was suppose to be 2 acres.One of the 2 acres was auctioned off at a tax sale.Titan titan missed the fact there were 2 seperate lots with different parcel numbers in tge 2 acres .Now titan title went mute in fear of a lawsuit.Titan title is saying the real estate agent never gave them the mls listing and its nit there responsibily to look up the mls listing.So now tge attorney general has been called and a lawsuit started.
