WORST OF THE WORST. GREG CALLS 911 FOR LOOKING AT HIM WRONG. ALWAYS CALLING COPS FOR NO REASON. ALWAYS LOOK DOWN ON HIS CLIENTS... EVEN HIS MAIN WORKER TALK HIGHLY BAD ABOUT HIM
Property management
Very poor property managers. Greg and Mychelle are always busy in meetings and never available to help. They don't have the proper contacts in the industry to make repairs. The repairs Greg makes on his own...he lies about the scope of the projects and overcharges. Don't trust your properties with them.
Greg is always on top of what’s going on, whether it’s the rent, things that need to be fixed, or customer service in general, he’s always answered his phone. When I show respect, he returns it. Who woulda thought! When I pay my rent, I don’t get evicted. Shocker!! Greg works very hard, and his office staff work just as hard to maintain the THREE companies they do. Well I can see why the other reviews are so bad, GREG is rude and obviously ignorant. Did NOT pay for services rendered and would NEVER consider using for any of our properties.
