This company scheduled to have a tank delivered on February 6th. Never received confirmation nor did we ever get in touch with someone. Every time I called I would be on hold for an hour only to be transferred to someone else because they didn’t have an answer. TWO hours later they stated delivery would be pushed out a month. This is a new build for a family of four. No hot water nor gas for our cooktop. Poor customer service, poor communication, and absolutely no professionalism. I would give this company ZERO stars. This company is HORRIBLE! Literally EVERY month I have to spend hours on the phone trying to schedule a propane delivery to my home well after levels in the tanks fall dangerously low, according to them! There's always some BS excuse. I've even has a driver start to pull in my driveway, and then stop and drive away, claiming to his boss that our driveway wasn't plowed of snow. Which it WAS! This is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with! Delivery window was missed (no appointment time was given, only an 2 WEEK window). From there daily calls to customer service with lengthy waits and untrue runaround information, with promises of delivery that never came. This was an order that had been prepaid for 3 weeks at this point. I've had find to another service to fill my tank since it had become an emergency due to the delay, while Amerigas still has my money as I wait for an alleged refund!!!

They keep bringing me refills i dont order and im being billed for it. Now we suspect a leak and have made 3 phone calls (over hour long) and still a week of no propane. My family with a 2 year old in our home in mid winter and we have no heat, no hot water, and no stove. In regards to their overseas call center, i cannot understand them and they are USELESS. Praying we someone actually shows tomorrow to check our tank and fill us back up. Cant wait, we are getting on natural gas lines early next year

We went to exchange 2 propane tanks at a Walmart. They have a self serve machine. We got one no problem. Paid for the second one and the "new" tank was empty. Tried again. Another empty tank. We paid for 3 refills at this point and left with 1. My husband and I both tried calling their "24/7 customer service line" and have waited on hold for 30 minutes and an hour and never spoke to a person. There is no other way to resolve this. No email, no other phone numbers.

Customer service is non-existent. There is no way to talk with someone unless you wait on hold for over an hour, and even then they always have to transfer you to someone else with another hour wait time. No response to multiple emails. These guys are buying up smaller companies that provided decent service, and leave those former customers in a situation where they have zero options but to deal with the terrible service or pay extra to move to a different company. Absolutely the worst experience you could imagine.

Sitting in the cold as Amerigas says that deliveries are delayed. Last one was a week overdue as well.

Worst customer service. I had to pay $200 to expedite a delivery I placed 10 days prior. They couldn’t give me an estimated delivery time either. Their prices were much higher than other places.

They're a terrible company. They do not meet their SLAs. Their customer service reps cannot answer a single question. They just say, "i can't access that information." It doesn't matter what you ask. Their prices do not reflect horrible service. They cannot be called a propane company; they never actually deliver propane. Now they aren't even answering the phones. There is no way to cancel my service and that's obviously by design. This company is nothing more than a scam.
