Great company. I’ve used Aaron and his team quite a few times over the years. They are fair and reliable. Titan came through for me big time at the end of the year here. I have family in town for Christmas and my hot water heater crapped out and leaked all over my garage. I called Aaron and he came out same day and installed a brand new water heater on Christmas Eve!

I had a leak and I couldn't tell where it was coming from. The building tried to tell me I needed to get the entire condo re-piped for tens of thousands of dollars. Then Santiago came and spent a goof amount of time pinpointing that the leak just came from behind the faucet in the shower and he ordered the part and got it fixed immediately. Spoke to Aaron about two big jobs - relocating gas lines and installing a new sewer line and abandoning the septic tank. He scheduled me for an estimate 10 days away. He really sounded like he knew his stuff so I agreed to wait 10 days. He confirmed the date via text. Two days before the scheduled appointment, I texted him to confirm. No reply. I called him.
