Our Case loader wouldn't start and 3 different heavy equipment mechanics from our area looked at it and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. We called Titan and Titan sent their mobile mechanic over and within one hour he found some wiring that mice had chewed through and within another hour he had the wiring replaced and machine fixed.
