Has a propesity to break cables, make sure you inspect the cables that are under the platform before you use it.
I just opened an auto repair business and am lease purchasing 2 Titan lifts. The 11k is doing a decent job but the 9k is the worst lift that I've ever used. It's a floor plate and the arms was hitting the plate within 1 week. I've had 2 adjustments done to it and the last time I was told that they can't do anything about it. It is also leaking down with no visible leaks. Friday I heard a popping noise when I had a half ton ford truck on it.
