Love my Titan lift! Went to pick it up and the guy that loaded it at Titan was super awesome. A month and a half later, had a problem (power unit took a crap), NOT Titans fault. They stood behind it and had a new unit shipped out the next day. Just finished installing it and everything is good to go. I would recommend Titan for sure!
At first, I was a little disapointed to learn that their warranty is parts only. But it seems like that is an industry standard. Luckily, the lifts aren't too hard to work on. Titan has also been great to communicate on the problems I have had with my lift and send me the parts I've needed. I'm not happy that the cylinder on my lift began leaking after 6 months of ownership, but Titan did provide great customer service and sent me a new cylinder that I was able to install. Great product and very knowledgeable staff.
We bought 3 bike lifts over a year ago only mine had a warped table top. It took a year to get a new top only to put it on and it has the same issues. Your add makes me believe they are built in the USA but actually they are built in China according to customer service .The wait for the replacement table was bad enough but to get the same problem with the table I can only give a 2 out of 5 .I would not recommend your product .
Love my 6600! Titan was the only company with a superior product in that size that set them apart from the rest. thanks!
I can’t say enough good things about Titan Lifts. I did a lot of shopping around prior to purchasing a Titan lift and this company had by far the most knowledgeable and friendly staff in the business. Everyone I spoke with took the time to answer all my questions and I never seemed like I was a bother to them the way I felt at another local lift company I visited prior to Titan Lifts.
