UPDATE: June 24, 2025 After several attempts to contact after 4 weeks of no response, I wrote this review and heard back within 2 hours. Owner told me he fell ill. A small refund was sent back June 11, I am still awaiting the rest of my deposit. Original post: June 11, 2025 UNREACHABLE! SCAM! Do not hire - never completed a PAID job! I have called and texted several times - no return. I hired Charles at Titan to put sod in my yard and then to trim my tree. I paid a large deposit. EDIT: One year later, I had a large tree fall over into another tree in my yard after a big storm. I of course called Titan. Charles and his crew did the dangerous work of making my yard safe again, and helped me work with my insurance company when the job ended up being bigger than we expected. If you're like me and you'd rather work with a person than with some franchise, call Charles. UNREACHABLE! SCAM! Do not hire - never completed a PAID job! I have called and texted several times - no return. I hired Charles at Titan to put sod in my yard and then to trim my tree. I paid a large deposit. The tree was cut and cleaned nicely, however, time and again the sod was rescheduled and now the owner has completely stopped texting and answering my calls. I will be reporting this. SCAM
I recently needed to remove a tree in the backyard that was in a tricky spot as well as some *extensive* plant overgrowth in the front and back of the house. Charles and his team did a GREAT job. They removed the tree with no damage to my property and cleared the overgrowth in a day. They were quick to respond, on time and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
Charles was incredible to work with. He did a large sod job for me and completely transformed the look of my new yard. Would recommend working with him. Thanks again Charles!
