UPDATE: October 17, 2025 I’ve reached out multiple times via call and text with no response. However, I’ve noticed that review responses are being posted, so I’m hoping this will get some attention. I’ve been patient and understanding throughout this situation, but the bottom line is this: if the work was not completed and payment was made, a refund should be issued. If not, it amounts to theft. I have tried and tried to work with this guy, and am writing this review out of desperation. The 1st time I was going to work with him, I prefer paid him and he didn't do the job, was very hard to contact afterwards though at least gave me a full refund. He reached out to me after I tried to reach out to him weeks ago, and said he could finally do the job. After scheduling and confirming the day twice, he doesn't show up and suddenly the number isn't accepting phone calls. I can't even with this guy!
UPDATE: June 24, 2025 After several attempts to contact after 4 weeks of no response, I wrote this review and heard back within 2 hours. Owner told me he fell ill. EDIT: One year later, I had a large tree fall over into another tree in my yard after a big storm. I of course called Titan. Charles and his crew did the dangerous work of making my yard safe again, and helped me work with my insurance company when the job ended up being bigger than we expected. If you're like me and you'd rather work with a person than with some franchise, call Charles.
