John Clark was so helpful in getting us squared away with our air conditioner! Was very knowledgeable and followed through with helping us get the right filters in hand for our unit. Titan was prompt in getting a technician out to us after a hot holiday weekend. 100% on customer service
I appreciate how friendly the technicians were, but—unfortunately—politeness didn’t translate into results. After paying more than $900 for what was supposed to be a complete repair, my AC is still showing the same symptoms. Throughout the process I struggled to get clear updates, and the final invoice differed from the estimate with little explanation. In short, nice people, poor follow-through. Until their communication, billing transparency, and quality control improve, I can’t recommend Titan Heating & Air.
