We had such a wonderful experience at Titan Dental! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and completely at ease. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and professional — you can truly tell they care about their patients. Clinically, this practice is excellent. If I was solely rating the practice clinically, it would have been without a doubt 5-stars. You will get outstanding care here! However, I had (and still have) a billing issue. It took a long time (several weeks) to get partial resolution. Promises were made to further look into my issue and give timely feedback (promised call-backs or return emails).
