I am on the board of our HOA and unfortunately we are stuck working with Titan to install the railings to pass our 50 year certification. The company has failed to deliver on every schedule that they created. Residents are stuck with their balcony windows boarded up and inaccessible because Titan didn’t properly schedule their worker and the railing material. This company is not professional and I warn others to never us them. Also very poor workmanship for the railings they have completed.
