Couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Titan Real Estate. The appraiser was friendly, prompt, and explained everything clearly. The report came back fast and was easy to understand. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy appraisal.
If you’re buying or refinancing property, I would think twice before using this company. My appraisal experience was extremely frustrating, unprofessional, and caused unnecessary delays. Based on what I went through, I cannot recommend them.
