Corey and the entire staff at Tires Plus were SO exceptional. I am not a person who looks forward to getting my oil changed and tires rotated. I needed to find a place I could trust to look out for my best interest. Enter Tires Plus in Franklin, WI and Corey, in particular. He made me feel comfortable and completely at ease. Took over an hour and a half, was told my job was done, then got a call saying they didnt do the alignment. I was then told I could come anytime, but have gotten a few calls saying they couldnt fix their mistake twice now since they are over booked. Will never be going back to this location nor would i recommend it
We use tires plus to service our whole fleet. Corey and his crew are amazing, always professional and always reliable. Highly recommend
