We called to see if they could plug a tire. They said no but we will patch it for free. I asked if I needed to make an appointment, the guy said no, but all we needed to do is come on up and he would fix it right up, so we drove up there and upon arrival he told me that the wait would be 2 hours. The problem was they were closing in 45 minutes. He said oh just bring it back tomorrow. What if it had not held that long. This was very bad business on their behalf.

RecommendedThis is the best mf'in Tires Plus I have ever been to. The staff is always friendly and never try to swindle you. Just visited for a nail in my tire and although it's a different staff than when I was last in (my husband usually goes for me lol), they were still quick and efficient. Thank you!!
I have had issues in the past here and only went today because my tires were bought here and I believed that I needed them balanced. I need new 2 tires, no problem, but I wont be buying them here. I called ahead to make an appointment and asked their provisions for covid. I was assured employees were masked and they required masks inside for people waiting. RecommendedI traveled from Georgia to Missouri for a family matter. During my travels I somehow got a screw in my tire. I went to Tires Plus and while in line I got a phone call from a family member which I hung up from when it was my turn in line. The gentleman who wrote up my ticket for me asked if he heard correctly that I was trying to get to a wake and when I replied yes, he bumped me to the front of the line. the seller with a bad attitude, bad treatment of Latinos and if you don't speak English well, he tries to steal you. I wanted to pay with caradvise and he wanted me to pay in the store, but he never sent the right information to CarAdvise with the intention that he would pay in the store forcibly since they started the work without the information reaching the app. If you want to have a bad deal and also be stolen this is the right place. despicable that these types of people who are also Latinas try to do that with Hispanic... read more

RecommendedJust before I was leaving for work today my neighbor came over to tell me my tire was flat. I was able to put air in it and drive straight to Tires Plus- where I go for oil changes and tires because they have never let me down in the 9 years I’ve been going there. I obviously didn’t have an appointment and they told me it would be about an hour and a half.
