RecommendedI had an appointment but was early ,they took me right away. They were very through and they made sure we were comfortable with waiting.
HORRIBLE experience. I’ve been to this location once before for tire changes and alignment. No issues other than their attempt to up-sale me on a new battery when I didn’t need one during my last visit. I know better so I declined. In this most current visit, their up-sale tactics went up 100x folds. I went in for an alignment again this time and they accused my truck of having a power steering fluid leak therefore; they couldn’t do my alignment. RecommendedHighly highly recommend tires plus, specifically the one on dale Mabry if anyone needs a mechanic. The manager will has helped me so much on multiple occasions and is honest and to the point. I cannot thank him enough, I will specifically drive my car down from Michigan to only ever come here if my car has any repair work needing to be done The Jeep car dealership quoted me almost $4000 to fix something that when I took it to tires plus, they’re saying it’s only a minor rep… See more

RecommendedPj and Todd both are always going above and beyond. They stayed late. Fit me in with out and appointment. Fixed things that were not what I originally knew were the problem. Paul Joseph is a hard worker. And so polite. And they did all this with my life time warranty which I would recommend to anyone. Thanks guys!
