Took our truck there today for an oil change. Had a 10am appointment, our truck wasn’t ready until 2pm!! Then when my husband looked under the truck and saw oil leaking all over the driveway he checked under the hood...they didn’t put the oil cap back on and the funnel was still there. Really wondering about the quality of service over all now...considering we had a simple oil change done. Definitely not worth $80.
I put in for a reservation for a day but got conformation the day after that I requested it. BE glad that the lady you have working in on the East side is leaving today. She has cost you my business and for a while and who else know what business you will loose..
I picked up something in my tire which I discovered was low on leaving from work. I had road hazard and made it to the store. Being on the outer tread it needed to be replaced. Luckily they had it in stock. They put me back out of there in about an hour. Some previous visits had not gone so well, this one did. Good Job!

Had a appointment for an oil change and waited for an hour. They came to say that the oil change was on them. I've been coming here for a few years now. They definitely treat you well.
The Washington Street location in Indianapolis has always been the very best. They treat me like family.
