Waited 2.5 hours to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. Place is a joke
Good service as far as work done on the car, terrible customer service. Catching attitude at the front for asking reasonable questions. Get happy people for that job.
I just bought 4 tires here July 3/2025, spent closed to$700 (tire plus avalon area). The next day my tire sensor light up, went back if they could check. Joe(front desk),we will check the tire, they took some air out. But did not fix the light. Joe said we’re busy…but I requested to reset the light sensor. The point is that I had to ask, and he was just going to let me go with my light sensor on…One sensor was bad. So, I had it fix…but I wouldn’t Recommend this place to family and friends. Friendly, knowledgeable and was in and within 2 hours, and all my issues (3) was fixed.
