Had a tire puncture and came in to get it fixed. Marina was really sweet and made the whole process smooth and easy. Great service—quick, professional, and friendly. Would definitely come back!

As background, I have been a Tires Plus loyal customer for over two decades. The Norcross location is actually ~14 miles from my home while my usual location in Duluth is only ~3 miles. This was my first visit to Norcross and the reason I went there was because I was following the manager (Javier) as he moved from Duluth to Norcross as the manager.
