I went in to get a good deal on a tire and I left with a damaged rim. Even after giving them proof of what the rim looked like before and them telling me they would call me once they found a replacement, I received a call once I left that it wasnt their fault and I was SOL. My rim was in prestine condition and now I have a rim with a machine ring and gouges from the tire machine. This was not handled well. Will not return.
Does anyone know the hours of operation? I need a new tire, but I don't want to drive all the way to Rivers Ave is they aren't open. Phone is going straight to voicemail, & the mailbox is full.
Rob and Dewyne are 2 of the nicest guys I know they realize there it's about getting that customer to come back multiple times rather than make as much as they can off ya true professional service up there for way less than the other guys
