My mother took her car and was declined for am oil change because they said the oil pan had a crack in it in which I could understand. I looked at the car today and found no cracks anywhere. So I replaced the oil pan gasket and the oil filter housing seal and the car hasn't leaked a bit even after an 80 mile trip. I'm wondering if it was a misdiagnosis or a scam to make more money?
