Came in at 1:15pm it’s 2:40 and they’re still telling me 10 more minutes. 2 females have came and went since I’ve been here, both getting tires. Maybe it’s because I’m a new customer that my vehicle was put behind theirs. Not sure what the problem is, but it’s never taken 2 hours to get my tire changed.
I had a mishap mowing the yard, my tire came off the wheel on the mower! It took me a few phone calls to finally find a place to help. I found Tires First and Teddy was super friendly and even repaired the tire for free! Made my day and I would totally come back! Their customer service is top notch and it is good to see a business like this. Thanks Teddy, God bless!

Best prices and quickest service around. Only waited 45 minutes to mount two tires (with an appointment). Teddy is the man there.
Was told my tires would be in last Saturday. They never showed up. Came back this Saturday with 3 people in front of me. I waited over 3 hrs to get 2 tires put on with other people coming in after me and leaving before me. I was charged for discarding tires when I told them I was keeping them but they didn't put them in the back. I also told them to put my new tires in the front but they put them on the back anyway.
