Friendly and honest folks that take really good care of our cars.
Good value and great service. Has a very nice staff along with management, whose main focus is customer satisfaction. They do whatever it takes for the customer to be happy. I highly recommend them.
The best shop hands down in the Columbus area. Good facilities, good customer service, and high quality. I've been coming ever since I can remember. Every time I come it's a quick in and out with no issues. If you want quality service with an unbeatable price then give Tires First a buzz.
They can't even tighten lug nuts. They Rotated my tires and the next day the front tires fell off my truck, yeah. They rotated my tires on my jeep, three days later missing 3 lug nuts. Another time I had my tires rotated and I got going down the road after I checked my lug nuts they didn't secure my hood locks on my jeep and my hood almost blew open on Manchester expressway, what were they doing under my hood. Have been getting oil changes and tires from here for about 6yrs now. Very friendly and courteous staff.
This event occurred a few years back. I brought my car in here to have tires changed. They ended up stripping some screws or something like that.. Apologized. Did not have parts in to fix what they had messed up. The manager actually gave me use of his truck he felt so bad. I was driving around a huge stick shift truck till they could fix my Mercedes.
