Tire an I have done business with for a few years now. Staff is always friendly and I have never been pushed into getting more work done on my car outside of what I asked for. They have helped me in pricing as much as they could when I bought tires from them and always worked with me on picking my car up since I work a pretty odd schedule.
Helped me decide what kind of oil to use based on condition of oil in car. Great service. Very professional and informed.

On 4/3/19 about 4:55 pm I noticed had a piece of metal in it. I went to the Tireman store on Monroe St in Sylvania that normally go to for everything (tires,oil changes ect)!!!!!Only to be told they couldn’t help me until the next day. I even asked if they could pull the tire and put my spare on and I would pick up the repaired tire the next day, only to be told NO. I had somewhat of a bad experience at the tireman on Alexis with broken studs. The next day I called the franklin park location and Greg, the service manager, took care of me. He went above and beyond in replacing what needed to be replaced and did a full inspection to make sure there wasn’t anything else wrong. He was very respectful and honest. I would definitely trust them to work on my vehicles in the future.
