Can't say I'm pleased with your expertise. I came to you with an issue. My car was having issues starting. Sat and waited for over an hour for you to tell me it was my alternator. You told me it was going to cost $350 to fix. Which at that time I definitely couldn't afford, esp with Christmas coming. I been here for an hour and a half for the oil change..very slow for no reason cuz my car is already inside from 11:15...right now is 12:33... I am not happy at all so tireman makes me search for another people who will make my oil change the next time... My calification for this store is : 0
Normally I give this these a good rating....but I haven't been here in like 6 months... today I called they said 30 mins to - hour I come In...and it's an hour and half at the soonest? I only called 10 mins ago. Anyways super annoying than the guys says...well are you sure you didn't call the wrong tire man? .. yes bro I know addresses it's the 5000 block of monroe � never the stores fault lol
Stopped in today, my first time at this location, with a flat tire. They took care of me right away while I waited, at an unbeatable price that I cannot complain about. Great guys, very helpful, will do all my future business with them.
They were awesome! We were on our way home to Wisconsin and had the unfortunate tire blowout. They had our type of tire, got us in, and within two hours, we were back on the road. My husband and I would highly recommend them. A very courteous and polite staff.
