David was so kind and patient on the phone to walk me through the tow process if needed (mere minutes before close!) and the next morning, David and Ben were kind, listening, and informative without the feeling you can sometimes get being a woman at a car shop. had a appt. for 4 tires and a wheel alignment on a Friday at 7.30 am. When I got there told me they were short handed so the best they could do was have me leave my car there all day and they may or may not get the tires on. What I didn't understand was people kept coming in and they were taking there orders but I had a appt. and was screwed. Went down the street to Discount Tires,had my tires on with in a hr for the same price. First and last time trying Tire World

I just left this location getting my tire fixed that had a slow leak. It took them 2 1/2 hours to make this repair which is absolutely absurd.
