had a appt. for 4 tires and a wheel alignment on a Friday at 7.30 am. When I got there told me they were short handed so the best they could do was have me leave my car there all day and they may or may not get the tires on. What I didn't understand was people kept coming in and they were taking there orders but I had a appt. and was screwed. Went down the street to Discount Tires,had my tires on with in a hr for the same price. First and last time trying Tire World
Tire World staff is friendly, helpful, prompt and good at what they do! I highly recommend them for car service!!!
About 2 weeks ago one of my coworkers who is from Croatia got a flat tire at Tinseltown. I came and helped him fix his flat tire down there after a late movie as this was his first car. After getting him home I advised he find the closest shop the next day which was your store. His flat turned out to be repairable AND you fixed it at no charge. Not only have you won his future business, but mine as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
These guys are always top shelf. Good communications and good attitudes by all. Definitely a 'keeper'!
Fantastic establishment! I walked in Monday afternoon to replace a tire (roofing nail in the tire shoulder �) and they had a new matching tire shipped from Denver, mounted on my car, not a penny overpriced by Tuesday morning. I will definitely be bringing my car back for any future services. The staff was humorous and friendly, the building was clean and welcoming, and they have free coffee while you wait! �
Outstanding service, local owned shop,,, full service too! Very honest and right on the price.
